Where are Ladder products made?
All of our supplements: Proteins, Pre-Workout, Hydration, and Superfood Greens are all proudly made in the United States.
What is NSF Certified for Sport®?
NSF Certified for Sport® certifies each batch of our products is tested by an independent, non-government third party, NSF International. It also certifies that Ladder products do not contain any of the 270+ substances banned by USADA, MLB, NHL, and other professional sports organizations. This certification ensures the contents of the supplement actually match what is printed on the label and that there are no unsafe levels of contaminants or heavy metals in the products. Are Ladder products vegan?
Our Plant Proteins, Pre-Workout, Hydration, and Superfood Greens are all 100% vegan and non-GMO.
Are Ladder products gluten-free?
Yes, all Ladder products are gluten-free.
When should I take Ladder products?
Each Ladder product was designed for a different purpose. Ladder Pre-Workout should be used 30-45 minutes prior to exercise. Ladder Plant and Whey Protein can be taken at any time, but both are commonly enjoyed before or after a workout (within 1-2 hours). Ladder Greens can also be taken at any time, but we recommend not using in the evening as a small percentage of individuals have difficulty sleeping after consuming Vitamin D.
How should I take Ladder products?
All Ladder products were made to be mixed with 8-12 oz of water, so you can enjoy the products on the go. If you’re looking to change it up, here are some of our favorite ways to take them:
Protein: Milk or milk alternatives like almond or oat milk. We also like blending them into our smoothies for a post-workout snack.
Superfood Greens: We like mixing with coconut water or apple juice to add a little bit of sweetness.
Pre-Workout: We like sticking with water.

What’s the difference between Ladder’s Whey and Plant Proteins?
Both proteins were formulated using premium ingredients, but the biggest difference is that Plant Protein is vegan and designed for anyone who is sensitive to or avoiding dairy. Both have 130 calories, are complete proteins with all of the essential amino acids, and are boosted with probiotics. Whey has slightly more protein per serving (26 grams compared to 21 grams).

Which Ladder products contain caffeine?
Our Pre-Workout contains 100mg of caffeine (from natural green tea leaves), which is roughly the same as one cup of coffee. We also added L-theanine (an amino acid produced by your body) to help enhance your boost while reducing the likelihood of jitters or a caffeine crash.
Superfood Greens also contains a small amount of caffeine from matcha – about 17mg or 1/5 cup of coffee.
Why does Ladder Pre-Workout make me feel tingly?
That tingling sensation is a natural response that some people experience when they take beta-alanine. This amino acid (which your body naturally produces) helps you fight off fatigue. The sensation is typically gone within 30 minutes of consumption.
If you’ve never tried a product with beta-alanine before, we recommend starting with half a packet of Pre-Workout.
What is Beta-alanine?
Beta-alanine is an amino acid that is naturally produced by your body.
Beta-alanine reduces the feeling of muscle fatigue. It helps you exercise harder and improve athletic performance. Some people experience a tingling sensation when they consume beta-alanine. It is a normal response and should subside within 30 minutes. The tingling might be eliminated if you take with food.
Can I cook with Ladder Protein or Greens?
Yes, we like mixing our products into our favorite recipes. All of our ingredients are food-grade, so cooking with our products does not reduce their effectiveness.

What is Proposition 65 (for California Residents only)?
Some Ladder products contain vegetables and cocoa. California’s Proposition 65 requires a label for any products with naturally-occurring levels of trace metals. All of our products are tested during our manufacturing process and by a third party, NSF International, which guarantees their quality and safety.

How do I clean my Ladder Shaker Bottle?
We recommend washing your bottle with soap and warm water after every use. The shaker bottle is NOT dishwasher safe. Putting it in the dishwasher can cause paint to chip and the vacuum seal to become ineffective. After washing, we recommend that you dry your shaker bottle by airing it out upside down.
Do I need to be a certain age to use Ladder products?
Our products were not designed for children, but all of our products are NSF Certified for Sport, which ensures there aren’t unsafe levels of contaminants and our product labels match exactly what’s in the product.
Our Pre-Workout has 100mg of caffeine, so likely it may not be appropriate for your child (depending on their age).
Can I order different amounts of packets than what is offered on the site?
You can only order in quantities of 15, 30, or 45 packets of a single product. If you’re looking to order more than 45 packets of a single product, please contact our support team here.
What if I need to change my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order or reach out to our support team here. Unfortunately, we cannot process changes after the order is placed.
We also cannot remove items from an existing order. Instead, you may return any unwanted items once you receive your order.
What is Ladder’s return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30 day money-back, quality guarantee for all customers. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.

Can I exchange apparel I’ve purchased for a different size?
We accept exchanges on our gear within 30 days of delivery. To get an exchange started, please contact our support team here.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
To start, all subscription orders cost 20% less than one-time purchases. Active subscribers also receive 20% off all Gear purchases. Subscribers and members are the first to know about all Ladder news: new products, events, partnerships, etc.
And finally, our subscriptions are flexible and we are more than happy to adjust them to fit your needs.

You can manage your subscription through your user account. Log in to your account HERE and you can do the following:

How do I create an account?

How do I change my next shipment date?
Click HERE to log in to your account. On the „My Subscriptions“ tab, click the „Change Shipping Details“ button to select your preferred new shipment date. If you would like to set your next shipment date farther out than 90 days from your previous shipment, please contact our Member Care Team.
How do I change how often I receive shipments?
Click HERE to log in to your account. On the „My Subscriptions“ tab, click the „Change Shipping Details“ button. On this tab, you can select to receive your shipment „Every 1 Month“ or „Every 2 Months.“
How do I change or adjust my subscription?
You can contact our support team to make any changes you need, including:

Will I be billed on the same day each month?
Because our subscription is based on a 30-day renewal cycle, your payment will be charged every 30 days. Each month you’ll get an email 5 days before your next order will be finalized and charged, so you won’t be charged without a heads-up.
How do I update my shipping address?
Click HERE to log in to your account. On the „My Subscriptions“ tab, under the Shipping Address located to the left side of the page click „Edit“. A sidebar will appear to the right side of the page, click „Update“.
How do I update my payment information?
Click HERE to log in to your account. On the „Account Details“ tab, click the „Edit“ button to the right of the Payment Method section to update your payment information. This will open a new tab that will take you to a secure page where you can input your new card information.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click HERE to log in to your account. Click on the „Account Details“ tab and go to the „My Subscriptions“ section on the lower left side. Click „Cancel Plan“ to cancel your entire subscription.

Where does Ladder ship?
We currently ship to the following: all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii), American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and military bases/APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
International: We currently ship to Australia, Canada, the European Union (EU), Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (UK).
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Your package should arrive within 5-7 business days.
Does Ladder offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer 2 business day expedited shipping for an additional $15 and and next business day expedited shipping for $30.
When will my order arrive?
All orders received before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM ET will ship the next business day.
Once an order leaves our facility, it should deliver within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. We will send you a tracking number via email once your order has shipped

Where does Ladder ship internationally?
We currently ship to Australia, Canada, the European Union (EU), Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (UK). We are always looking to add more countries, so please reach out if you would like us to ship to yours!
How much is shipping? Are there customs duties and taxes?
We offer subsidized flat shipping rates on all international orders, which range from $15 to $45 (USD) depending on country. This shipping serive is DDP, meaning that duties and taxes are paid upfront by the cutomer at checkout. Therefore, all international orders will be $15-45 for shipping plus duties and taxes.
We use Passport Shipping as our global delivery partner and they built a state-of-the-art shipping calculator that estimates duties and taxes before you place your order. International orders will take between 7-14 business days to deliver.
Does Ladder offer international expedited shipping?
No, expedited shipping is not currently available for international orders, but it is something we are considering. We have worked with Passport Shipping, our global delivery partner, to provide superior shipping speeds all over the world (only 7-14 business day delivery) at a nominal flat shipping rate (USD).
Is payment made in my local currency?
You may purchase with your local payment method and billing address. However, all payments will be processed and settled in US dollars. We do not localize currency at this time, but it’s something we may consider in the future.
When will my order arrive?
All orders received before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM ET will ship the next business day.

Are there any product restrictions to certain countries?
We only source and use the highest quality ingredients and all of our products are NSF Certified for Sport, the gold standard in supplement testing. However, every country has their own rules and regulations when it comes to nutritional supplements. We abide by all rules and therefore certain products may be restricted in specific countries. If you have any questions, please reach out to Customer Support.

How does Ladder’s Referral Program work?
Visit our Referral Program page HERE to sign up and share a $20 code with your friends. You can share this offer with as many friends as you want, they just need to be new customers.
Once your friend claims the $20 code and makes a purchase, you will receive an email with your $20 code that you can redeem on your next order.
Some fine print to keep in mind: your friend has to be a new customer, only one discount code can be redeemed per order, and discount codes can’t be applied to orders containing only Samplers or Gear.
How do I know if someone used my referral code?
Once your friend makes a purchase using your code, you will receive an email with your $20 coupon. You can also keep track of your referrals in your Ladder Account.
Who can participate in Ladder’s Referral Program?
Anyone! You just have to have a Ladder Account to keep track of the friends you have referred.
Your friends do need to be new customers in order to redeem the discount code.
Does Ladder offer any discounts, coupons, or promotions?
We currently offer discounts to military, first responders, teachers, and students through our Gratitude Program. We will not honor codes found on third-party discount, coupon or promotion websites.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No. We are only able to accept one discount code per order.
Does Ladder have any sales events?
Yes. We typically have one sale per year around Black Friday / Cyber Monday. We also occasionally host events that may include a discount. Please note, we do not offer price adjustments to purchases made prior to or after sales events.
