How do I create an account?
To sign up for a Harrods online account, please visit our Register page.
If you are already a Harrods Rewards member, please enter your registered email address and select the ‘I’m already a member’ option and then click ‘Continue’ to proceed.
Should you choose to join Harrods Rewards, please select the ‘Yes, I’d like to join’ option and then click ‘Continue’ to proceed.
To create an account without signing up to Harrods Rewards, please select the ‘No, I’m not interested’ option and then click ‘Continue’ to proceed.

How can I change my contact details?
Please select ‘Change Personal Details’ after signing in. You can log in to your account here. Please note: you can update your address, email and contact number through your online account.
If you need to change the name on your account, please contact our Customer Service team.
I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
You can request a new password by clicking on ‘Forgotten Password?’ on the Sign in page.

I receive mail from Harrods. How can I stop this?
Please follow the ‘Unsubscribe’ link from any of our email newsletters. Alternatively, you can change your communication preferences by signing in to your online account.

Do I need an account to place an order?
If you would like to shop online without signing up for an account, you can complete your order by selecting the ‘Guest Checkout’ option. After placing an order, we will email you to keep you updated on the status of your order. Once your order has been delivered, you will not receive further communications from us.

I need help with placing an order. What should I do?
Harrods.com has been smartly designed to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team to place your order over the phone.

What is my Wishlist and how does it work?
You can now add products to your Wishlist as you browse, and buy later. When you are happy with your Wishlist, you can either check out online as normal or contact Customer Service to complete your order.

How will I know when my order has gone through?
We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. The email will include your order number, billing information and a link to Track Your Order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

How can I track my order?
When your order is on its way to you, we will send you an email to confirm all of your tracking details. Simply click on this link to follow your parcel’s journey from start to finish.

Depending on your location, delivery times can vary after your order has been dispatched. We will keep you updated with your tracking information and an estimated delivery date. To view our delivery options, visit our Delivery & Returns page. Occasionally, we may send your order in a separate parcel to speed up the delivery process. Please note: while we do aim to deliver within the estimated time, we cannot prevent delays caused by local Customs clearance.
What does my order status mean?
When an online order is accepted, it goes through several status changes during the delivery journey. These are listed below:

Your order has been successfully placed.
Reviewing
Your order is being processed and payment is being confirmed.
Preparing Order
Your order is being prepared and packed.
Shipped
Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
Delivered
Your order has reached its destination.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before your order has been dispatched. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
Why has Harrods cancelled my order?
We take pride in preparing your order with care from start to finish. If something is not quite right, we may have to cancel your order with immediate effect. In these instances, we will always automatically issue you with a full refund. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can I make changes to my order?
While we are unable to change or add items to an existing order, our Customer Service team can assist you with placing a new order for any additional pieces.
Can my purchase be gift-wrapped?
We aim to deliver all online orders in exclusive Harrods-branded packaging as a standard service. Occasionally, our concessions brands may provide their own branded packaging for high-value orders, subject to availability.
Can I add a gift message to my purchase?
Yes. You can add a personalised gift message to your purchase at the point of Checkout. Message guidelines can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
Can you remove the pricing?
All orders placed through our website are dispatched with a commercial invoice that includes a price list for your purchases, which unfortunately cannot be removed.

Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods we accept may vary depending on the billing and delivery destination. The accepted methods are listed below:

When will I be charged?
We will take payment at the point that your order is placed on our website. Should your order be cancelled, we will immediately issue a refund.

What currency will I pay in?
The currency that you will be charged in is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at Checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD at a competitive exchange rate.

Are local taxes and duties included in the product price?
To make worldwide shipping easy, we have included duties and taxes in the product price where possible. Duties and taxes will be included and shown at the Checkout for the following countries:

As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from Customs. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.

Does Harrods offer discount codes?
There is no option to apply discount codes to orders on harrods.com. Discount codes that have been branded as Harrods elsewhere cannot be applied to any online orders.

As part of Harrods Rewards, we host several promotional events throughout the year, such as our 10% Rewards Weekends, when members can enjoy 10% off selected lines when signed in to their online account. For more information on how to become a member, visit the Harrods Rewards page.

Why might my payment be declined?
Payments may be declined at the point of purchase or after placing an order. If your order has been declined at Checkout when placing an order, it may be due to insufficient funds or a block placed by your bank. In these instances, contact your card provider for further information about this transaction.

If your order has not cleared our security check, we may decline payment for secure purchasing. For further assistance with declined payments, please contact our Customer Service team.

Where can I purchase a Harrods Gift Card?
You can purchase a Harrods Gift Card in-store or online. Gift Cards that are purchased online are only available for UK delivery and payment in GBP and have a maximum amount of £5,000. These will be dispatched separately to the rest of your order and are available for next-day or standard delivery. If you would like to purchase a Gift Card with a higher or alternative value, please contact our Customer Service team.

Gift Cards can be purchased in-store at any till point and can be loaded with any amount from £10 to £500. To purchase a Gift Card in-store with a value of £500 or more, please visit our Customer Service team on the Third Floor for further assistance.

How can I combine the balance on my Gift Cards?
If you have multiple Gift Cards and would like to merge them, please forward your details to our Customer Service team to process your request.

When does my Gift Card expire?
Gift Cards are automatically deactivated after 24 consecutive months of non-use. To reactivate the remaining balance on your Gift Card after this date, please contact our Customer Service team. Alternatively, you can visit our Customer Service department on the Third Floor in-store for further assistance.

What should I do if I have lost my Gift Card?
Please visit our Customer Service department on the Third Floor in-store for a replacement Gift Card. If you have made previous purchases on this Gift Card, you will need to provide us with the receipts from these transactions and be ready to present your photographic ID.

Alternatively, provide us with your 16-digit number and/or proof of purchase to request a replacement Gift Card.

Can I use my Harrods Gift Card online?
At present, Harrods Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method online.

How can I request a gift receipt?
When making a gift purchase in-store, you can request a printed gift receipt at the point of purchase. Please make the sales assistant aware that you would like a gift receipt before making payment and completing the transactions.

Can I get a refund with a gift receipt?
Items purchased in-store with a gift receipt can be exchanged within 14 days as stated in our Returns Policy. Alternatively, if you return an item to the store with a valid gift receipt you may request the value of the purchase to be put onto a Gift Card. Refunds cannot be validated with a gift receipt as this type of return can only be processed via the original payment method.

Can I claim back VAT?
For orders to UK and EU addresses, UK VAT is applied, meaning that these are not eligible for a VAT refund. For orders to non-EU addresses, UK VAT is not applicable and will be deducted from the total price at Checkout.

How can I request a VAT invoice?
All online orders will be dispatched with a commercial invoice that will detail the VAT breakdown.

For purchases made in-store you will need to fill in a VAT form with the relevant information. Once we receive your completed form, we will process your request. Please be advised that VAT invoices can take up to four weeks to be generated and emailed over to you.

To keep our employees safe, we are working at a reduced workforce capacity. Therefore, due to extended processing times and external courier disruptions, your delivery will take longer to get to you than usual. Please read the FAQs below for updated delivery times.

After you have selected your delivery option at Checkout, you will be given an estimated delivery date.

Who will deliver my order?
UK orders will be delivered by DPD, and international orders (to Europe, USA and rest of the world) will be delivered by DHL.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. You can follow your order’s journey by selecting ‘My Orders’ when signed in to your online account. If you have used our ‘Guest Checkout’ option, you can track your order here.
I have only received part of my order. What do I do?
Occasionally, we may send an order in separate deliveries so that goods are received as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when any remaining items are sent out for delivery.
Can I order to multiple addresses?
No, we can only deliver orders to one shipping address at a time. This includes orders for hampers and Gift Cards. If you would like help placing separate orders to multiple addresses, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
Which products cannot be shipped outside the UK?
While Harrods ships worldwide, some items are not available to purchase in every region. This includes, but is not limited to, certain beauty items, alcohol, wood products, perishable goods, hampers, and Gift Cards. When shopping online, select your delivery destination to show only the items that can be shipped to you.
Are local taxes and duties included in the product price?

Can exotic animal furs and skins be shipped worldwide?
Yes. Please note: these goods may take up to 20 days longer than our standard delivery time as, where applicable, we need to obtain shipping licences.

I won’t be in to receive my parcel. What do I do?
If you believe that you will miss your parcel, you can redirect it to another shipping address, or have it left with a neighbour or in a safe place. To make changes to your delivery, you can contact DPD or DHL directly through their apps.

Do I need to present ID when signing for my parcel?
